The mkBeacon™ wireless smart meter is a completely redesigned single-space meter engineered for today’s parking needs.
The mkBeacon™ can be configured as a single-space meter or as a 2-Bay meter covering two parking spaces instead of one. It offers the largest solar panel for recharging in the industry to help ensure long battery life. The mkBeacon also offers credit card payment, contactless payment, coin payment and wireless remote monitoring through MacKay’s Sentinel™ Meter Management System. Its unique design offers a host of advantages over existing single and multi space meter technology for on-street parking.

mkBeacon™ 2-Bay
The mkBeacon™ 2 Bay meter has all the features of the standard mkBeacon but also includes two additional buttons for selecting the space to the left or right of the meter. The display screens are customized to show payment for each space and operate independently for enforcement purposes.
